• There is a small terrace surrounded with trees and plants at the front of the house with outdoor seating and table for guests to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The terrace is a relaxing place to sit and read the newspaper and watch the world passing by on foot and on the water.
• Opposite the house across a small road there is a private and pretty grassed garden filled with Agapanthus, roses and herbaceous borders.
• Private access to Tavern Beach via steps from the garden down to a lower terrace and then further steps lead down onto the beach.
• There is a gate at the top of the steps where the grassed garden is before going down to the steps that lead to the beach.
• Secluded lower terrace overlooking the beach and out to sea with sun loungers and dining table and chairs
• Terrace with gas barbecue and outdoor dining table and seating.
