Originally built in the 1920’s for the Bird family of Bird’s custard, this is a home of magnificent proportions and grand interiors. The glorious gardens and far reaching estuary views provide a perfect setting for breakfast on the terrace, and alfresco dining under the stars with a barbecue, freshly caught fish, and an array of delicious fresh Cornish produce.

Retreat from the ordinary, restore balance and surrender to relaxation. Enjoy an early morning swim in the heated outdoor pool, as wildlife awakens and the morning mist lifts from the Percuil River. Or enjoy an invigorating workout in the gym followed by a sauna with views across the beautiful gardens, shimmering water and countryside beyond.

With direct waterfront access to its own private beach and running mooring for your boat, prepare a picnic and sail or paddle a kayak or canoe, to explore the beautiful coastal beaches on the Roseland Peninsula and great gardens of Cornwall.

Return home to chill out in the cinema room, enjoy a game of pool or entertain your guests on the grand piano. With such an extensive and exciting range of outdoor and indoor pursuits guests can be entertained 365 days of the year.
