St Mawes Retreats is a collection of rather delectable self-catering properties in the tiny and lovely village of St Mawes in Cornwall, and one fine summer’s day my family and I pitched up at there largest, Moonrakers, for the week. I found it a rather wonderful place for a much needed DIY family retreat – owner Amanda Selby also plans to do some out-of-season group retreats here too, so watch this space.
